Il Cibo visto come Materia, come esperienza estetica e concettuale al di là dell'atto fisico e sensuale della nutrizione.
Se l' Arte è nutrimento simbolico per lo spirito, quindi alimento sociale, il Cibo usato come medium per realizzare l'Opera d'Arte, crea una simbiosi culturale.
Raphael Reizel partecipa attivamente alle iniziative nazionali ed internazionali della Associazione milanese" ARTE DA MANGIARE, MANGIARE ARTE".

ART FOOD

Food considered Matter, an esthetic and conceptual experience beyond the physical and sensual act of nutrition. If art is a symbolic feeding of the spirit, and thus social nutrition, food used as a means of producing Works of Art creates a Cultural symbiosis.
